Face Blurring |
Using the frame-based face detector by Viola and Jones and a simple multi-object Kalman tracker, we have built a real-time face blurring system for privacy protection. While it is very efficient (15fps for 320x240 on a P4 Wintel), it fails to detect non-frontal or non-upright faces or faces that are too small. This is promblematic for privacy protection and we are actively working on improving this simple face blurring system. |
